How do we work?

When you submit your printing requirements on the get free quote page, your printing requirements will then be sent out to our trusted managed print partners across the UK who will provide quotes. We will check and negotiate on your behalf every quote before we share them with you. Our sole focus is to save you as much money as possible whilst getting good value that is fit for purpose.



What is your fee?

Our services are 100% free unless we save you money on your agreement. No if's, no buts. The only way we earn money is if we make you a saving against your current managed print services agreement. Example: Now: Paying £900 Ex.VAT per quarter over 20 quarters. After: Paying £850 Ex.VAT per quarter over 20 quarters. Our fee is 30% of the saving you make over the term.
